This Affiliate Program Commissions Schedule ("Schedule") is part of the Operating Agreement that governs your participation in the World Mall Affiliate Program. This Schedule describes the advertising fee rates you may earn as a participant in the Program. It also describes the limitations that apply to earning advertising fees on certain Products.

From time to time, we may modify this Schedule in accordance with the Operating Agreement. All capitalized terms used below that are not defined on this page have the meanings given to them in the Operating Agreement.

Commission Structure Overview

During each calendar month, you may earn advertising fees for Qualifying Purchases. Most advertising fees are calculated as a percentage of Qualifying Revenues based on the structure below and are subject to the limitations described in the "Limitations on Advertising Fees" section. "Qualifying Revenues" mean amounts we receive from customers' Qualifying Purchases, excluding shipping, handling, and gift-wrapping fees, taxes, and service charges, and less any rebates, credit card processing fees, returns, and bad debt.

Standard Commission Rates

The Mavigadget Affiliate Program offers a standard commission structure as follows:

A standard commission of up to 10% is given on all products, excluding the ones listed in the Limitations section below.

Limitations on Advertising Fees

The following limitations apply to earning advertising fees:

Excluded Products: No advertising fees will be paid on the following:

Commission Caps: World Mall reserves the right to set maximum commission amounts for certain high-value orders.

Special Promotional Items: Products that are offered at special promotional prices may have reduced commission rates during the promotional period.

Commission Payments

Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis and paid approximately 60 days after the end of each calendar month. For example, commissions earned in January will be paid around the end of March. This allows time for returns, chargebacks, and other adjustments.

Payments will be issued once the account reaches a minimum threshold of $100 USD. Amounts below this threshold will be rolled over to the next payment period.

Commission Rate Changes

World Mall reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with notice. Changes to the commission structure may include:

1. Excluding certain products or categories of products from earning advertising fees
2. Reducing or increasing the advertising fee for specific products or categories of products
3. Modifying special offers or promotional commission rates

We will notify you about these changes through one or more of the following channels:

• Updates to this Commission Schedule page
• Email notifications
• Announcements in the affiliate dashboard
• Blog posts or other communications

Tracking and Attribution

For a purchase to qualify for commission, the following must occur:

1. The customer must click through your unique affiliate link
2. The purchase must be completed within the tracking window (89 days from click)
3. The customer must not have clicked on another affiliate's link after clicking on yours

Commission Disputes

If you believe there is a discrepancy in your commission payments, you must submit a detailed description of the issue within 30 days of the payment date. Disputes should include your affiliate ID, date and approximate time of the referred sales in question, order numbers (if available), and any relevant tracking information.

World Mall will investigate all reasonable disputes but reserves final decision authority on all commission matters.

Important Note

From time to time, we may make changes to the advertising fee rates including but not limited to 1.) Exclude certain products or categories of products from earning advertising fees and/or 2.) Reduce or Increase the advertising fee for specific products or categories of products. We may also run special or limited time offers or promotions under which you may earn advertising fees on Products or categories of Products that were previously excluded from earning advertising fees, or you may earn increased advertising fee rates from those set forth above.

We may notify you about these exclusions, rate changes, special offers or promotions by updating this page or through emails, blog posts, or other means.

Effective Date

This Commission Schedule is effective as of March 8, 2025, and supersedes all previous commission schedules.
